Our menus are built around local, seasonal and organic ingredients, served in low-impact tableware — simple choices that make a real difference.
But we didn’t stop there.
To go further, we’ve chosen to put plant-based cuisine at the centre of our approach. Not as a restriction, but as a source of creativity — colourful, generous and full of flavour.
Meat and fish remain available on request, but our focus is on dishes that feel good, taste good and leave a lighter footprint.

What started as a shared project among three friends in 2018 has grown into a collective kitchen where everyone brings their own story.
Alessandra, passionate about "living food", is exploring a cuisine that is both nourishing and healthy.
Giampietro brings his love for niche Italian small producers, always searching for wines with a story to tell.
Pauline shapes the atmosphere of each event, playing with colours, layouts and details to create unique setting.
At POP POT, many hands come together to create something greater.
Camille helps making sure everything runs smoothly from start to finish.
Isami leads the kitchen with curiosity and creativity, blending influences from his Spanish-Japanese heritage.
Ayse brings the generosity and bold flavours of Turkish cuisine, with a natural talent for cooking for large gatherings.
Mohamed has grown into a committed commis chef, adding his Sudanese touch — including his now signature ginger coffee recipe.
