Each dinner is astonishing because of the seasonal and ever-changing menu, fresh and homemade recipes set according to a special theme.
The location fascinated me, with its amazing 360-view over Brussels – the perfect spot to watch the sunset. It was all simple dishes, made with passion and heart, accompanied by very delicious wines.
